Seal, Chaka Khan For All-Star Concert |

Grammy-winning producer David Foster is calling on some of his friends for a star-studded concert to be recorded for PBS’ Great Performances series. Among the artists scheduled to appear at Las Vegas’ Mandalay Bay Events Center on Oct. 15 are Seal, Chaka Khan, Earth Wind and Fire, Natale Cole, Kenny Loggins, Michael Bolton and Donna Summer. Each artist will perform songs either written, produced or connected to Foster, who’s won 15 Grammys over his career (and been nominated an unprecedented 45 times). Besides being recorded for broadcast on PBS, the show will also be released as a concert CD/DVD pn 143/Reprise Records. Most recently, Foster lent his Midas touch to Seal’s upcoming album, Commitment, out on Sept. 28.
