Michael Jackson’s new single, “Hold My Hand,” has only been out a few days – but is already generating controversy. Members of Jackson’s family, including his brother Randy, have publicly come out saying the upcoming posthumous album, Michael (due on Dec. 14) consists of songs featuring an imposter on some of the vocals. Those who’ve worked on it deny the allegations. As to the single, Akon admits that an unfinished version of the track, recorded in 2007, was leaked online in 2008. "The world was not ready to hear 'Hold My Hand' when it leaked. We were devastated." Jackson left a handwritten note saying he wanted the song to be the first single on his next project; a nephew posted a message online saying it was the last song his uncle ever played for him in person. "He was so proud of it," Taj Jackson said. "I'll never forget the smile he had on his face as the song played through the speakers at the Palms Hotel in Vegas."
