Mariah Carey doesn't have to worry about funding her babies' college fund: a major bidding war is underway for the rights to the first photos of her twins when they arrive this spring. London's The Mirror reports that magazines in the US and UK have been calling the singer non-stop and that the offers are up to $15 million -- and rising. Whoever lands the coveted shoot will have several options for settings; Carey is said to be decorating identical nurseries at her homes in L.A. and New York -- and that both have sound systems for piping in soothing music.
