Mariah Carey's Blinged-Out Nursery |
| Mar 01 2011 |

Mom-to-be Mariah Carey admits that the babies she's waited so long to have will be the most spoiled kids on the planet -- and she's not kidding. Now magazine reports that the singer, who's expecting twins, has converted an entire wing of her Beverly Hills home into a luxury nursery. A source says that she and her designer have added touches like 18K gold trim on the walls, flat screen TVs and a $1 million dollar red velvet sofa that once belonged to Michael Jackson. The kids will each have cribs costing over $2K each, changing tables that run close to $3K, and a state of the art sound system. One more touch? Each baby will have their own diamond-encrusted iPod. With bling like that, it might make it harder for Carey to follow through on pressure to return money she was once paid to perform for Libyan dictator, Mohammad Khaddafy; she's among the singers who have been asked to give back their performance fees in light of his brutal crackdown.
