Jason Mraz Postpones Wedding |

Jason Mraz is putting his wedding plans on hold -- but for a good reason. The singer, who got engaged last month to Tristan Prettyman, is vowing to not walk down the aisle until gay marriage is legal in America. Speaking last week at the Concert to Benefit the American Foundation for Equal Rights, Mraz explained, "We both feel...we have a union that's really special and can't be broken. It's a sacred bond. The wedding would be nice for our family...and so it puts us in the fight. We can't get married until (gay) marriage is legal and equal." It could be a long wait, but in the meantime, the couple can enjoy some time in the Big Easy. Mraz will be performing at this year's New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival in April.
