After weeks of rumors, Nick Cannon has confirmed that he and wife Mariah Carey are expecting twins. He announced on his radio show that he and the Grammy winning songstress are expecting twins that are "healthy, in tip-top shape".
Mariah can be seen tonight performing in the annual "Christmas in Washington Concert" on TNT.
