Boney James to Appear On Mo'Nique This Week |

Boney James will be performing one of the tracks from his just-released album, Contact, this week on the Mo'Nique show. He'll be joined by singer LeToya Luckett on "When I Had the Chance" -- and you can catch it live on BET, on June 22, 11 pm EDT [check local listings]. Speaking to smoothviews.com, James shared how he keeps his sound fresh, in the midst of all the changes happening in the music business. "...its more about feeling relevant to myself, and just getting in touch with the music that pops in my head...I might be listening to other people, but mainly its just about trying to write great songs. I think that's never going to go out of fashion."
